SHIPPING PROCESS STARTS!

[EN] Hello, everyone.
As we announced in previous updates, during this week WE WILL START sending pledges. We will start with the "The Essentials" and "Got to Choose" pledges, although as the weeks go by we will combine the shipments of the other pledges.
The complete process of preparing orders and shipping will take us several weeks, so it is very likely that the fulfillment of all shipments will last until the end of October or the beginning of November. Our intention is to continue shipping every week as we receive all the external elements and finish packaging certain colors that are still in process.
The important thing is that we have already started sending your paints and we are looking forward to you trying them and giving us your feedback. We ask for patience, since there always has to be a first and a last to receive the product, and understanding, as it is a very tedious process where we do not want to make mistakes.
Each backer will receive a through BackerKit once their package has left our facilities. If you have not received the tracking code yet, it means that it has not been sent yet.

Como os fuimos anunciando en anteriores comunicaciones, durante esta semana EMPEZAREMOS con los envíos de los pledges. Empezaremos por los pledge "The Essentials" y "Got to Choose" aunque a medida que pasen las semanas iremos combinando los envíos de los demás.
El proceso completo de preparación de pedidos y envíos nos llevará varias semanas, con lo cual es muy probable que el cumplimiento de todos los envíos se alargue hasta finales de Octubre o primeros de Noviembre. Nuestra intención es no parar de enviar todas las semanas conforme vayamos recibiendo todos los elementos externos y terminando de envasar ciertos colores que aún están en proceso.
Lo importante es que empezamos ya a enviar vuestras pinturas y que estamos deseando que las probéis y nos deis vuestro feedback. Os rogamos paciencia, ya que siempre tiene que existir un primero y un último en recibir el producto, y comprensión, ya que es un proceso muy tedioso donde no queremos comerter errores.
Cada backer recibirá un localizador a través de BackerKit una ver su paquete haya salido de nuestras instalaciones. Si no habéis recibido aún el localizador, significa que aún no se ha enviado.

PRODUCTION UPDATE #3 - STATUS & BLOCKING ADDRESSES IN BACKERKIT!

[EN] Hello everyone, we wanted to inform you of the production situation and what phase each product is in.
Today we have already packed 95 colors of the 128 that make up the complete collection. Keep in mind that there are more than 300,000 bottles! Once we have everything packaged in 17ml bottles, we will begin to make up the sets and collections. This will take us a few weeks but it will be the final step to start making the packages. We show you some photos of how the final product you will receive will be finished.
As for the SG and Add-ons, those that depend on us are completely finished and we are waiting to receive by the end of August and during the month of September products such as the airbrushing stencils, paint stirrers and the airbrushes. Once we receive them, we can complete the orders that include these products.
According to our calculations and if all delivery deadlines are met, we will be able to start shipping in mid-September, as planned and announced in the campaign.
The delivery process will take several weeks but we will go as fast as we can to set up your pledges. We will inform you promptly when we start with the whole process and how the orders are coming out. This is why, in order to move forward in the delivery processes, we will close the delivery addresses and block the surveys in a couple of days in Backerkit. Please update your addresses if you have to, taking into account the expected delivery dates, and if there is still someone to answer the survey, do it NOW to avoid delays.
This Friday, August 11, we will close the company until September 4 for summer vacations. This will not influence production because these rest days were already planned. [ES] Hola a todos, queríamos informaros de la situación de la producción y en qué fase se encuentra cada producto.
A dia de hoy tenemos envasados unos 95 colores de los 128 que componen la colección completa. ¡Tened en cuenta que son más de 300.000 botes! Una vez tengamos todo embasado en botes de 17ml, empezaremos a conformar los sets y las colecciones. Esto nos llevará unas semanas pero será el paso final para poder empezar a confeccionar los paquetes. Os enviamos algunas fotos de cómo quedará terminado el producto final que recibiréis.
En cuanto a los SG y los Add-on, los que dependen de nosotros están totalmente acabados y estamos a la espera de recibir a finales de Agosto y durante el mes de Septiembre productos como las plantillas de aerografía, los agitadores de pinturas y los propios aerógrafos. Una vez los recibamos podremos conformar los pedidos que llevan incluidos estos productos.
Según nuestros cálculos y si se cumplen todos los plazos de entrega estaremos en disposición de empezar con los envíos a mediados del mes de Septiembre, como estaba previsto y se anunció en la campaña.
El proceso de entrega durará varias semanas pero iremos todo lo rápido que podamos para configurar vuestros pledges. Os iremos informando puntualmente cuándo empezamos con todo el proceso y cómo van saliendo los pedidos. Es por esto que, a fin de ir avanzando en los procesos de entrega, cerraremos las direcciones de entrega y bloquearemos las encuestas en un par de días en Backerkit. Por favor, actualizad vuestras direcciones si tenéis que hacerlo, teniendo en cuenta las fechas previstas de entrega, y si aún queda alguno por responder a la encuesta, hacedlo YA para evitar retrasos.
Este viernes dia 11 de Agosto cerraremos la empresa hasta el 4 de Septiembre por vacaciones de verano. Esto no influirá en la producción porque ya estaban previstos estos días de descanso.
